Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup + 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup dairy free butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups dairy free chocolate chips
Cannabis Oil
Method
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, melted alternative butter, salt and cannabis oil until well blended.
- Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and remaining peanut butter over low heat until melted.
- Spread the chocolate mixture over the crust and refrigerate bars until firm.
- Keep refrigerated and cold until ready to slice and serve.
